I use this http://www.xmusic.ie/PLANET-WAVES-POLISH-p-33662.html for regular cleaning and this http://www.guitarscratchremover.com/ to get out scratches. The scratch remover works wonders, my screwdriver slipped when changing out the pickups on one of my PRS's leaving a very visible 2" mark between the pickups, 15 mins of polishing and it looks brand new again:

I don't normally use any cleaning agent, I just normally give them a wipe with a microfiber cloth and sometimes breath on the guitar and give it a wipe. I really should pick up some proper cleaner.

I usually just put a small squirt of Gibson guitar polish on a cloth and give the neck and body a quick wipe, after playing. I always wash my hands before playing, so the fretboard is fairly clean. Usually just needs a wipe with a moist cloth when changing the strings. These get a wipe down also after playing.

I got one of these yokes for Christmas

Works better than running your finger up the back of the string.

I use Virtuoso Polish & Cleaner and when necessary Lemon Oil. The Virtuoso Polish does the job on poly finishes but on nitrocellulose finishes it works amazing. When used in combination with the cleaner it can bring the dullest of finishes up to a sparkling shine!

Not everyone wants that on nitro finishes though, so YMMV. :)

+1 Dord. Lots of good polishes out there; Martin, Kyser, Planet Waves. Liquid carnauba wax is good if you're doing a serious pre polish. Lem oil a few times a year is vital. Always use a micro fibre polish cloth, tighter knit fibres don't catch & drag small pieces of dirt.

Also, your strings will last longer when played with clean fingers. ;)

Lem oil on rosewood boards, planet waves string cleaner on mapel boards. Peak to bring up the frets if they need it but make sure to mask off a maple board before you do this.

Then there are a combination of things for the body, the fender 3 bottle cleaner was good, havent seen it in a while though. Dunlop formula 56 I think its called is what I use a lot of the time and also the Kyser stuff is great.

I dont use anything on a satin finish other than a cloth though, dont want any liquids soaking into the wood.

Fastfret for the fretboard, nourishes and cleans the wood and protects the frets.
Liquid carnuba wax for the body. I dries out really hard so your guitar will hardlly even take paw prints. Smells lovely, like those liquid centred chewinggums...................mmmmmmmmmmm
