I am selling my Tacx Satori T1856 turbo trainer. It is less than 12 months old and I'm selling for €185 and will include a Tacx Sweat Catcher in the price. Here's the CRC photo and details:

    http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/Models.aspx?ModelID=15805

Both are in perfect condition with very little use. This really is a very good turbo trainer and good value for money.

If anyone requests I will put up photos of my trainer but it is as new condition.

this trainer can be bought new from cyclesuperstore.ie for 213 euro... 185 is a bit steep compared to new price... the most I would be willing pay second hand is 120...

I've just had a look at that and you're right. With that in mind I would take €160. This machine has been used twice and includes the Tacx sweat net you see on the CSS site for €19.95. It was bought in CSS

Not familiar with magnetic turbo trainers but does this need a power dupply. Assuming it does.

Yeah it's still here. I'm based in Bray. No, it doesn't need a power supply

    Is it quiet?

What's ur best price. I can meet u any day this week.

It makes some noise but as turbo trainers it is quiet. I use it with a seat of mats I got on Argos for €20ish and that kills almost all the noise. I could go down to €160 but that's as far as I can go. Afterthat I'd prefer hold onto it.

    Thanks for the interest folks

Ok, I'm in Dundalk. Would u meet me at the airport. It's about an hour for me and about 30mins depending where u are in bray for you according to google maps. If you will meet what day would suit

I could possibly meet you around the airport-evenings better for traffic etc but I need to know what you're willing to pay first. As I said I'll go down to €160 but after that it's not worth it. That OK with you?

I'm interested in this if skauldy1 doesn't go ahead.

Based in Dublin so can meet half way.

Will go to 160 subject to item being in the condition you describe and including the Q/R skewer.

To all the above my apologies but I've had a change of heart after a poor day weather wise here today. So I have decided to hold onto it.

Many thanks for all your interest and apologies if I have wasted anybody's time.

For what it's worth if another of this model becomes available I thoroughly recommend it.
