    Hey all-
The Daily Show doesn't seem to be on More4 anymore (aside from the Global Edition)...anyone know where else I might find it? It's my only source for US news so I'm feeling sort of lost without it

It's not airing anywhere else here AFAIK.

It's on either tonight or tomorrow night, spotted it yesterday on the EPG.

I don't see it on the EPG at all tonight. If it really is gone, I hope Comedy Central not only picks it up, but the Colbert Report too. Never forgave FX for their decision to drop it.

Channel 4 dropped it to save money apparently.

They're hoping the UK 10 O'Clock show with Charlie Brooker, David Mitchell and Jimmy Carr will take that audience and then some.

The daily show audience was tiny

I hear you, Channel 4 - why have a delicious apple on display when you're trying to hawk an apple-flavoured lolipop!

That's the Global Edition. Before it broke for Christmas, More 4 was showing The Daily Show proper 4 nights a week, the same thing broadcast in the US less than 24 hours before.

It may have had a tiny audience, but would be nice even if they put it on at some odd hour of the night since I just Sky+ it anyway. Now they're showing reruns of Grand Designs instead at that time- what a waste.

I hear you, Friends repeats ad-infinitum but one bit of comedy genius and someone who controls what gets on TV claims it's not got the viewer numbers...not sure I can really believe that..I'll have to do with the global edition I guess but it's irritating to see all good TV being pushed aside by utter rubbish and anything worth watching is put on after 11pm.... at least I can record stuf.... <end rant>
