hi there, havent posted in a while ... so im thinking of doing 2011 kings inns entrance exams and just searched the Inns site, i have all the required subjects, does the below paragraph in green mean i have to go back to my old college (which i graduated years ago with) and ask them for the results!?? im not sure they would even have them!

Does anyone have any experience on filling out the entrance exam forms, i am aware of the student declaration and all that but what a nightmare its going to be if I have to ring the college asking for transcripts! (i probably have thrown them out so they r definetly not in the house either!) SIGH its always something!!:(

"An original transcript of the results upon which you will be relying must be lodged with the Society by Monday 5 July 2010. Failure to submit a transcript by this date will result in forfeiture of the candidate's right to take the entrance examination. No refund of the entrance examination fee will be available except in the circumstances indicated in the Terms and Conditions attached (item i)

    Shouldn't be a problem, contact your university/department.

Quick question, would the recent FE1 manuals be fine for the inns entrance exams??

Well from my own experience Im using my written notes for the Inns from when I sat the FE1's - in my opinion there is probably alot more information in the FE1 manuals then for the Kings Inns manuals for eg Criminal Law entrance exam for Fe1 contains practice and procedure where as Practice and Procedure is not on the syllabus for the Kings Inns entrance exams.

I have compaired my Inns manuals with the Fe1 and there does not seem to me that much diffence tbh, in saying that (if you can afford to) I would just get the Kings Inns manuals just to be on the safe side!!
