Does anyone know where I can get information to contact aerlingus about a flight delay.

my flight from madrid yesterday was a total of 5.5hrs delayed and I know EU regulations state you can get a refund for a 2 hour + delay but I can find any information on how to.

Any ideas for a customer care email address ?

This is a regular topic and you're not entitled to a refund as you took the flight.

You should have got fed and watered or received a voucher to cover the cost of a snack and coffee.

You should not have gotten that refund. But you should have gotten €250 in monetary compensation. So if your refund was less than that, you actually lost out.

this I know but for a 5 to 6 hour nightmare I got a full price of a flight.

So I am happy that it paid for my next flight back to madrid

Just to clarify, your right to the €250 was not forfeit by taking the delayed flight. So what I am saying is, if the amount that ended up in your account is less than €250, you have reason to complain. Of course if your flight cost more than €250, you have reason to be happy instead :).

I canceled two reservations in December. I should have gotten taxes minus handling fees only... instead I got full refunds. EI seem to be pretty generous these days :).

That €250 applies to cancelled flights not delays. Compensation for a delay would only be provided in exceptional circumstances.

That has since been clarified by the courts. Delays of sufficient length are to be treated like cancellations unless the airline can prove the cause of delay was out of their control.
