fast surfstick and cheap?

where i can get a fast and cheap surfstick without a contract like i pay one time 25 euro for example and its for 1 month and if i wanna keep it i pay again next month. best would be with at least 5mbits

You can't. Look at what's on offer from the 4 networks, and pick one. Price is the wrong thing to look at too, as there's no point in buying the cheapest one if it doesn't actually work. You need one that works for you, and only you can tell which one that is.

All the operators have a test period, might need to do a deposit but you can bring it back after 7 or 14 days for a full refund. Test them all and judge from there.
