    hey lads,

Bought my Finals tickets early in prep for a good showing of one of the Irish squads.
Anyway - forgot to go ahead with the accommodation back then and it seems as if everything is booked now.

So - as Cardiff would be fairly well known by some of the crowd here I thought I would chance my arm and ask if anyone knows of a little gem of a B&B or two ?

    Thanks in advance
    Rob

You could do what I did in 2008 - rent a van, and sleep in the back.

In Edinburgh in 2009 I put a "wanted" ad on Gumtree to see if anyone would rent me a room for the night - I got quite a few offers.

Cardiff seems to sell out quickly in terms of B&Bs. I ended up staying in the Hilton in Bristol instead a few years ago. Of course I was flying out of Bristol airport. I got a cab from Cardiff to the hotel which took about an hour and cost 50 quid. A room is fairly cheap and decent.
