    ye they are a very nice design, not too skinny not too fat. I had them on the last bike I sold. them and the same era Shimano 105 cranks were the nicest imo

    if anyone is interested I have a few used sets of Shimano Bio chainrings available FOC

    I first encountered oval cranks on a 1989 Raleigh Montage MTB which I transferred to my Raleigh Pro Race 1991. I think I swapped back and the Montage is gone now. Must check that. Loved those cranks though.

    Tried a demo set of those Rotor rings. Funnily enough, did not notice the difference at all.. took someone elses bike and rode for 2 hours, only afterwards was I told they were rotar cranks.
