    IRISH NATIONAL CONVENTIONAL PISTOL CHAMPIONSHIP

    Match Approved by NRA Tournaments Division
    at

    Castlebridge Invitational Pistol Club, Wexford, Ireland.

    Friday 11th and Saturday 12th of February 2011
    (administered by Irish Bullseye Sports a new organisation established to run NRA Approved Conventional Pistol Shooting events)
    Shooting will take place from 7pm to 9pm on Friday under floodlights and from 8.30am to 1.30pm on Saturday.


    Competition will be run in accordance with NRA Rules
    NRA Classification Short Course 300 (30 shots, 25 yards, one handed shooting)

    Entry fee will be €40.00 per competitor (non IBS members €70), this to include a prize giving meal on Saturday night, €15 entry fee if not attending meal (non IBS members €45).

    Pre-entry is essential. Those who turn up on the day without having pre-entered will not be permitted access.
    All entries MUST be received not later than 9th February 23:00


    Light refreshments will be served on the Range.

    Pre-entries to be sent to John Kinsella, Secretary irishbullseyesports@gmail.com please specify preferred day to shoot.

    All participants will be required to produce evidence of firearm certificate and insurance.

    Scores will be submitted to the NRA for shooter classification.
    .22 and fullbore prize categories.
    You must be an NRA member to be eligible for prizes.

    it's a little expensive for a non NRA member especially if you win and then not eligible for a prize:confused::confused::confused:

    This inaugural event is a bit of a fund raiser and a bit of a party! Again sorry it's steep but there'll be more competitions open to all including non NRA members and cheaper!!

    The competition is oversubscribed through word of mouth at the moment but there may be cancellations, hence the advertisement.


    We're new, wish us luck!! :)

    Don't you mean the US NRA? The NRAI is a separately group entirely to the lads running this, the IBS.
