sent mails in outlook not appearing in email on iphone to outlook

    Title should read: sent mails in outlook not appearing in sent folder in iphone and vice versa...

    Hoping the boards experts will be able to help....

    I have matched up my webmail/iphone mail with outlook in my laptop. The one problem remaining is that emails sent on outlook are not showing in my iphone sent folder.

    Any suggestions why? have been tring to figure out for the last while to no avail.

    Hi,
    Just initiate the following guideline -

    1- Find tool menu
    2- Under tool menu,you click on Email Option
    3- Here you should check the box "Save copies of messages in Sent Items folder"

    Now save the changes and exit from Outlook. Again start the Outlook then it would be possible to see outgoing messages in sent box folder.
