It's been discussed a bit in this thread in the Spanish forum, but if you root around on youtube, you can find episodes of Los Simpsons (The Simpsons), La Anatomía de Grey (Grey's Anatomy) and Ugly Betty dubbed into Spanish. They're not subtitled though, but if you watch any of those shows, you'd have a fair idea of the storyline anyway, and if you were really bothered, you could have the English version in one tab and the Spanish in the other, and compare them.

If you really need subtitles, films are perhaps your best bet. I know I have a few dvds at home (Princess Diaries, Freaky Friday etc, wouldn't bother with anything more complicated than that) that have options to have the audio in Spanish and the subtitles in English.

There's a load of online radio stations as well in Spanish, may help a bit.
