i heard the turbo gives trouble in the early ones with high milage. boss has one of the 4motion ones 06 and hasnt give much bother apart from new injector pump. there are a nice van and would think of changing for one in a couple years

dont no the figures but its 2.5 130 bhp or more i think so you dont need much rev to get going and it has 6 speed gearbox so when cruising at 60 its only doing 1000rpm

Better off with the 2.5 I would have thought.

    A guy I talked to had a 2.5 and is getting 1000km's a tank. About 100 quid

Another guy I know said they had a few in the Cat servicing dept with 4 motion brilliant drivability.

Done a gearbox after about 150k miles. Had to get a new one.
    Seemed to be common enough.

`2.5 4 motion would be the way to go.

Iv had the 1.9 T5 and have recently bought the 130bhp 2.5 T5 with 100,000 on the clock, the T5 is a much better van, quieter, loads more power, more comfortable and nothing has gone wrong with it yet. The 1.9 was a nightmare and I probably spent more in repairs than I actually paid for the van! Love the 2.5 T5 and when the time comes I will defiantly buy another one.
