Hi everybody, I know theres probably been several posts along these lines but I really need a bit of advice from anybody who knows about cars! Basically my first car (00 citeron saxo) is giving me a little bit of trouble, was bought for me to start off with and served me well for the year but now little things are going wrong so I'm thinking it's better to solve the problems it presents with now, get it through the NCT and trade it in.

Any suggestions what to trade it in for?

To give you an idea of what I'm looking for, I'm a student so 3,000 is kinda my limit and I was looking at yaris', fiestas and 206's and hoping to come up as many years as my budget will allow for!

Any advice on good reliable cars would be excellent, thanks! :)

my advice if your after reliability is to buy the car, not the numberplate. im going to recommend a yaris, because 'ya cant bate em bai'.

Yeah everybody has said that to me so far...but I must admit I prefer the look of the 206....but you know reliability is what really counts I guess lol
