Does anyone know where I can find a home ec evaluation for the cooking practical?

The one with the Brief, Analysis, Evaluation .etc .etc.

There are cookery evaluation sheets available in Eason's and other book shops selling school books.

They are called Cookery Evaluation Sheets for Home Economics Junior Certificate by Mary Halton. They are published by Gill and Macmillan.

I remember using them when I was doing HE and found them quite useful.
