Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Hi all. I play the piano accordion and have done for years, however Im not great on ornamentation. Anyone any ideas on how to put ornamentation into tunes?

Depends on the style of music you're playing. In Irish trad music the obvious is to use a quaver triplet instead of a crotchet (in 4/4) or a semi-quaver triplet instead of a quaver (in 6/8), for example. One simple way you'd implement this is play the written note, then a note either one tone or a third above or below the written note, then back to the written note again, all in a triplet rhythm. To be honest though it really depends on what type of music you want to play!
