Online Item never arrived

I am looking for some advice.

I purchased a game from sendit.com on the 27/11 last year.

I waited 30 days as it says on their help section but it never arrived.

I mailed them after Xmas and they sent me a new copy on the 12th of this month but it has not arrived.

I phoned up the mail center but nothing there.

Previous orders from sendit have arrived with no issues.

I had an issue with an item from mymemory never arriving last year, it was re-sent out and i got it.

I mean a friend in California sent me something and it just took a week to get here.

I am also waiting on a blu-ray from the hut which was sent 7 days ago but will give that item a few more days until i get worried.

Is it just bad luck or could it be getting stolen en route or what?

Probably just bad luck. On Wednesday, it will be 2 weeks since the replacement was sent. I'd leave it till then to contact them.

OK, so Sendit has now sent the game three times to me and it still has not arrived.

I really do not what to say to them this time.

They must think i am defrauding them at this stage.

No problem with getting stuff from other e-tailers. It must be getting stolen en-route?

I would contact any of the senders and get them to send it by a means that you can either track or by a registered form of post which requires a signature.

It seems more than coincidental that a number of items have gone astray.

This may seem a bit obvious but check that the seller is sending it to your exact address for example if you live in say Dublin14 make sure that is part of the addressed item. I have seen many packages marked return to sender because of the sender does not have the exact address

    Thanks for the help guys.

I was thinking about asking sendit to send an item registered and i would pay for the extra postage.

I do not know how receptive of that they will be but i can ask i guess.

My address is ok i think sgb, other items are arriving at the same address.
