    Hi all,

Can anyone tell me where I can buy one of these:

I had a wee crash before xmas, and the bumper came off, so I think I lost the grill since going through puddles.

I also broke the pump to get water onto the windscreen.

WHat is the official name for these pumps. Is it just "water pump for 05 Astra"..

I tried scrap yards for both, but nothing. If I could get them both cheaper online, I would...

Try Traynors in Armagh. I got grille inserts for a bumper from them before for an Astra. Those bits look like fog light blanks, but to get their right name, I'd ring an Opel dealer and ask. You never know - they might be cheaper than you think to buy. ;)

That looks like it, but on mine, you can see through the grille, it's like a vent, not that it matters a whole lot....

Buy a left and a right for symmetry! Link

It'd be worth emailing the seller and asking him about combining the shipping if you did decide to go for it. You'd get both delivered for 20 quid i'd say.

Got one of these recently from local motor factors. Cost me the grand sum of 11 or 12 euros. Any motor factors should be able to get you one for next day delivery.

Windscreen washer pump is expensive IIRC, and will be main dealer only unless you are lucky enough to get one in breakers. Have you checked the fuse (is boot lock okay? - it's on same fuse)? Common for them to blow if motor frozen.
