What network operators are likely to push updates first?

    Hi all,

    Can't decide between the emobile or three offers on an 18month contract for the Desire HD. Was wondering what people's experiences are of network operators pushing updates for their android phones?

    Three and Vodafone would be the last people to patch the update as it needs to be customed, for meteor and O2 they are pretty fast, not sure about emobile!!

    Meteor would be the fasted as the phones they sell are unbranded and mostly sim free, then it'll be O2 because they supposedly make an effort to push updates,

    vodafone is not the greatest but haven't got much experience with an android and them,

    While 3 on the other hand. Well lets just say that you'd be waiting a while:o

    I got sick of waiting for 3 to roll out Froyo so rooted the phone and have been updating via Odin and flashing custom ROMs since.

    Wouldn't be bothered waiting around for the operators to push updates anymore when it's so easy to do it yourself.
