Microfoam & Latte Art Lesson @ 3FE

    Its been a long time since I was in the citycentre at 9am on Sunday morning - however yesterday was an exception as I'd booked into the Latte Art Class at 3FE.

    I went purely with the intention of starting to use the wand on my silvia. I'd invested in a motta jug b4 xmas but my first few attempts at home had been disasters. There is a wealth of info online and I'd studied it but just couldn't get the hang of it.

    Jordan was the mentor for the morning and by the end of 2 hours she had the 5 of us students pouring latte art using our own microfoam. Seriously I cannot rate the class highly enough - a very relaxed atmosphere with keen observation on what we were doing right and wrong. Below are my two best creations:

    Look great Im in the same boat and would love to do this course.

    Any ideas if they will be doing it again and how much it cost?
