Basically need to get a silhouette of city skyline touched in black ink but it is very small so its really important that the artists is good with fine lines as I don't want the detail to be lost in the sky scrapers. Also I wanna extend some shaded rays around the tattoo in size a bit. Can anybody please recommend somebody who they think would be god for this. Price isn't an issue.
