Sharp Aquas LCD TV

    HI;
    I was wondering if anyone could help with this.
    I bought a Sharp Aquas LCD TV from Currys and cannot seem to get a tv signal when it is plugged into the antenna.I live in an apt block and the tv service is a communal type one supplied by a crowd called Sky Conway.Our other tv is working so the service is there.
    The manual seems to say that you might need a Common Interface module and a CA card.
    Who would you think be the best to ask about this-Currys or Sky Conway?
