Mr. Schuester and Coach Beiste devise a plot to bring together the warring glee club and football team factions. Meanwhile, Sue, desperate to win cheerleading Nationals, launches a dangerous plan to bring home a trophy, and the New Directions tackle Michael Jackson's iconic hit "Thriller." This will find Sue Sylvester losing her precious Cheerios to the glee club after an ultimatum backfires.

    Promo

(I'm not sure the exact date for TV3/3E will broadcast I'm thinking it is Wednesday the 9th of Feb)

    Quinn and Finn kiss
    :(

I'm liking Lauren more and more she was funny in this episode.

I liked the Warblers version of Bills, Bills, Bills

Very long episode at 48 mins, overall it felt very very average indeed. The only good part was The Warblers, Sue is just OTT now, her character has gone off the rails...smashing up the place, that wasn't funny just pathetic.

LOL!...Dinah Lohan won't be happy about being in the top 10 losers, Glee made a point of apolgising to Lindsay for previous comments on the show, but now they take a stab at Dinah....kinda shows they don't really give a crap about the Lohan's feelings.

I also disliked the cheap shot at One Tree Hill, i don't wanna die until OTH is cancelled, like we don't know Glee is on at the same time as OTH and it's main competition...tacky!

Music was pretty dire all round, that Thriller mashup was crap, this ep. overall was OTT and cheesy as hell.

    "I'm torn"
    "Well I'm not"
    "I'm Brittany" :D

It was ok. Can't say I missed it or am thrilled to have it back, but it was a solid episode.

Did anyone else notice the auto-tune more in this episode... was it more than usual, or just more noticeable this episode\?

I loved the Billy Madison reference too... loser denial :P

A good episode, if predictable. It was the inevitable football-team-overcomes-adversity-in-the-big-game story, but Glee's style helped it glide along. All the numbers were enjoyable and Sue completely losing it was fantastic.

I noticed the autotuning on the Dalton song particularly, but I can't say it stopped me from enjoying it. I hope they quietly stay away from refering to them as a acapella group, though, because every one of their songs has a backing rhythm.

And Richard, you were one of about three people this side of the Atlantic that knew One Tree Hill plays opposite Glee in the US. If anything, that makes the reference all the cuter because when shows refer to each other on-screen it's very rarely mean-spirited.

HAHA!...i'm not the only one who picked up on the fauxpology from the Glee kids to Lohan, but then picked on her mom: http://www.popeater.com/2011/02/07/christina-aguilera-super-bowl-apology/

The fauxpology was in full effect last week when the cast of 'Glee' apologized to Lindsay Lohan for mocking her on an episode of their show. Of course they only did it because they ran into her at a restaurant (awkward!), and they totally proved they didn't mean it when they made fun of her mom Dina on last night's episode and got mean girl Katie Couric in on the action.

It was all right - the ending was a bit too cheesy. I also don't see why Sue was humiliated so much.

What I really hoped they'd be brave enough to do (and they might've in the early days) was to have actually killed Tina when she fell. Had her neck snap. Then the cast could have done a sombre number at her funeral. Too morbid or should I be writing the scripts now?

I loved the mash-up, I was wary cause Heads Will Roll is one of my favourite YYY songs but I think it worked quite well!

Have to say I didn't really like The Warblers bit in this ep. It just seemed very "oh yeah let's see what Kurt's doing" especially after all the references to him leaving and being forced to leave.

I agree the Sue thing is getting out of hand but I loved her going insane and throwing everything around! Will's face both times was hilarious!
