Wellman tablets

Any lads here ever take "Wellman" tablets? They claim to help improve energy levels, the imune system, reproductive health and stuff like that! I usually take berocca tablets but was going to give these a try!

I heard setting fire to a twenty euro note improves immune function and energy levels.

I wouldn't say they are any better than most other multi-vit's, give them a try and see how you feel. Remember though nothing beats a balanced healthy diet.

These always work for me, then when i'm buzzing around the place I forget to take them.

Note to self, take wellman again tonight.

My diet is terrible, I really should sort it out but these will give you a boost.

I'm currently alternating between berocca and Rubex vitamin c dissolvable tabs. Everyone in work has a rotten cold and I'm determined not to get it. Seems to be working so far.

The Berocca add a slight pep alright. If you can justify the 12 euro for a box of 30 Wellman tabs, then fair enough.

The Wellman stuff or most of them for that matter would not be great to take for longer than a 3 month period in a row. Everybody has an RDA for each vit etc. Once you are topped up, thats it. After that, you are just working your kidneys/ liver etc hard to put that stuff thru ya.
i know some people on them for years but i would not fancy that myself. 1. too dear
2. not doing you any good after a certain time.

I am not a believer in these suplements at all TBH. What you need is a balanced diet.

If you do want to try something, I perscribe two of these and a good night out.
