Disabling/Deleting Network Connection Samsung Europa

My wife just moved to Meteor and got this phone, I wanna try and remove network connection so that she doesn't connect to the network for data or such purposes. She's isn't a user of data services and anytime she'll want to connect she'll be better off just using our wifi at home. Can any of you tell me how I can go about…

Can any of you tell me how I can go about this by either deleting the connection altogether or switching it off. It's easy enough to switch the wifi on and off.

Get apndroid from the market. This allows you to turn on and off mobile data as you need it.
