Hello everybody.

I have got few questions about shellfishing and shrimpfishing, if anyone could help me it would be great.
I'm from France (bretagne) and last autumn we've celebrated my grand mother 80th birthday. She loves travelling and fishing, so we've decided to take her on a trip to Ireland for shrimpfishing next august. I bet she hasn't miss more than 5 big tide over the past 20 years in Bretagne.
So,
In which part of Ireland should we go?
Is there any regulation about this kind of fishing in Ireland?
