    250 GB is a bit small . I would expect at least 500GB.
    I don't see any CD/DVD Writer . Another must in my opinion.
    6fps per channel = only 25fps . Also very poor
    420tvl for the cameras is low quality also. I would be looking for 580+

    They are not a bad little unit, I took over a job with one earlier this year
    25fps @d1 will be fine for a two camera system or if set up for motion detect.
    It will do real time at cif but I would not use that low a resolution.
    If you want more info on that dvr they are made by dahua who make some nice machines.
    Beltronic are the agents for adata/ljd in ireland
    All you need is a usb stick, no need for cd/dvd

    Thanks for the info guys. Really appreciate it. Any idea on how often you would need to replace a dvr? Obviously they work 24/7 so they get a bit of abuse.
