sticking shoes- what glue?

I have a pair of shoes that are fine except the sole is rising in one. they are waterproof and i want to use them in the garden what would i stick them with? saw gorila glue in tesco?

Honestly its much better going to the shoe repair, I had sandles with just 1 strap not stuck and I spent ages getting it stuck before I went to the shoe repair about 2years ago and its been fixed since.
