    Hi,

Since I had my work contract done 2.5 years ago, lots of things have changed:

    - I got promoted
    - Job title has changed
    - Salary is different.

My question is as follow: should I ask to have a new contract that reflects all of the above baring in mind that the responsibilities are not different.

I am thinking in the perspective of potential future employers or social welfare, ... etc ..

    Thanks,

I don't know what the law states, but from my experience, each time I have been promoted my contract was updated. I work for a big multi so it is all procedure, at a smaller company, it might just be an oversight. No harm in asking for an updated contract.

I'm also in a large multinational, and I was just given a letter to confirm the new details when I was promoted.
