Winter training on Costa del Sol-Researching idea

We have a few villas in Spain between Fuengirola and Marbella and rent them out all year round but the winters are quiet so was thinking one group of people who could be interested are cyclists looking for a bit of winter training and hills. So what Im looking to find out - Do many Irish or Uk cyclists head away for a week…
