hello a team leader and his son where involved in a clocking in and out game at work two weeks ago. firstly it happened on a saturday morning where by the son clocked in his dad at six and the team leader did not arive into work untill just after seven, this was apperently seen on cctv and so he could not deny thye fact. the next day which was the sunday he was seen as been on the system as at work and was not seen allday , but again was clocked out by his son.

his son was sacked and the teamleader handed in his resignation, a few days later the teamleader retracted his resignation and asked to see witness statements, he is now denieing he new anything about his son clocking him in on the two days,
but what is puzzloing me is ok so if thats the case why did he not go to personel on the monday morning and explain that he was in on saturday but had mislaid his card, also when coming in late on the saturday he must have clocked himself out , it stinks to be honest with you and i think he seems he can get away with this and let his son take all the rap to secure his own job

He'll only get away with it if the company let him. Sometimes they don't want the hassle.
