King keg questions (keg brewing)

Just bought a King Keg, it has a tap on the top rather than the bottom, can anyone explain how its meant to work? how does the liquid at the bottom come out the top? there is no tube that runs to the bottom of the keg so i really dont understand how it works???? A general question: can you do the primary and secondary…

It should have a floating device in it, so if you see no tube it must be missing.

god damn it, that float didnt come with with it, damn you homebrewingcompany also they mixed up my spraymalt order!

well i got that sorted, looks like the manufacturer didnt include it! homebrewingcompany sent me one straight away along with some extra spray malt, pretty sweet.
Keg of beer for the superbowl, nice!
