Last winter was pretty dry this winter is pretty dry so far, summer rain is of moderate value regarding water table, are we going to see drought conditions this summer if this anti-cyclonic weather pattern continues for another month or two?

last winter itself was dry, but it was just after nov 2009 which no one could call dry. Last summer wasn't very dry either, july was very wet in a lot of areas, and at the end of summer (1st week of sep) there was very wet weather.

The current anti cyclonic MIGHT, only might hang around for up to a month, and will really have no effect on rainfall after that period. If such a high was present in summer, it would result in thunderstorms and downpours.

Long story short, nothing in any recent or current weather suggests drought being more likely than at any other time.
