I was looking through car Valeting in cork and came
Across an ad that said it will wax and polish and wash
Car for E10 ! I did it just to see what it'd be like fearing
The worst. I was greeted by an around 18 year old and
That just didnt calm my nerves.
Anyway I left my car for an hour and when I came back I was amazed !
It was gleaming ! Needless to say I've told all my friends where to go.
I can't remember his name though..

He came to mine and did it in my drive. He said he was living close and knew the park. Rochestown area.

You got someone to polish your car for €10? And he had it done within an hour? Looks like I was doing something wrong last time I polished mine and it took about 4 hours:confused:

Initially you left your car, then he came to your house
    In all fairness
Did he bring his own equipment or did he need water etc from you? Where did you go for the hour? Bit weird leaving a stranger washing and waxing your car on your drive and you just head off for the hour :pac:

And you told all your friends where to go? As in your house? Looney thread.

as above, an hour for a wash, polish and wax is very efficient.

on a good day, i could spend the best part of an hour just washing my car, never mind drying it off, polishing it and then waxing, it can really drag on sometimes, i like to make a day of it :)

a wash, followed by a spritz with detailing spray and a buff dry, could probably be done in an hour if you rush yourself.

I had my own carwash in Estland and all i can say here, its a lot of BS ...
To wash the car before waxing it, takes about 30-45min if its done properly.
Then you have to leave the car for half an hour to dry before you start waxing it which takes around 1h at least.
Polishing takes around 4-7h, depends of the car color.

But if you were happy with the service, good luck with it.
You got 5h work done in 1h and for a tenner, thats some revolution here HURRAY ! :D

That bull, he obviously used a liquid wax. Maybe the OP's idea of clean and polished are different to the detailers on here. The superb is a big car to clean in one hour, huge boot.

    Hi,
There are signs on the ringaskiddy and carrigaline- cork road for wash and vac for €5.

I thinks it is AJS valeting.
There are about 5 different tiers the highest costing €50 i think.
I pass it every day just never bothered as it seems to cheap.

He has a mobile number on the sign.
