Icon Problem

Could someone tell me why the wrong icon/logo come up on my screen sometimes? (It's the little logo/icon normally in front of the web address you type in).
Today it showed 4 Music's logo when I visited a football forum
I visited the 4Music site yesterday btw. Earlier in the week it showed The Sun Newspaper's logo when I visited Wikipedia. I would visit The Sun's site daily.
When I rest what internet sites I visited, it fixes the problem. What would the cause be? 0
