GRUB menu has overtaken Windows Bootloader

I just did a native install of Peppermint OS on my system but now the GRUB menu has overtaken my windows bootloader as the default bootloader meaning I have to go through 2 loaders to boot windows compared to one for my linux boots. I'd prefer it to be the other way (one boot manager for windows, two for linux) or if I could just reduce it to one overall, that would work too. Could anyone help me restore this?

    Thanks,
    Jackobyte.

(BTW, I'd prefer to keep the windows one rather than the GRUB one if I had a choice)

    download EasyBCD,
Run it, >bootloader setup>install windows mbr pick 7/vista or xp write mbr

now mbr is back and will boot into windows, you want to add your linux distros,
    >Add new entry>linux> type Grub2>pick from list
