where can i get a 3v prepay card !

    sorry seen some guy wants somebody to use a credit card to buy something for him . what is a 3v prepay card and where can i get one . as i do have to ask my friend to purchase stuff for me on he,s paypal account ...

    Go on to the 3V website register and fill out your details, they will post it out to you then around 7-10 days.

    Just don't get the prepaid master card here is what I did to mine after I read the Ts and Cs
