Flame fail device or thermo coupler?

    Hi to all.

    My cooker, a Rangemaster Toledo 90 has a gas main oven. For the past few months the gas oven starts up with a small blue flame but that's it. It doesn't flame up or get any hotter. I rang a repair man and he said that it is probably the flame fail device and he has recommended that I buy it in the UK and he wil deliver it. The party is cheaper there apparently.

    What do people think? Is could it be the thermo coupler. I don't want to buy the wrong part!
