How to get accounts from PayPal acc?

    Hi,

    I need to get the account details from my business account on PayPal. I've tried to download my transaction history and my transaction history as a PDF but it's not working.

    If you have done this before, how do you do it? :confused:

    log onto paypal and go to reports.there will be a drop down option to go to monthly statements.You can then choose the month and currency.The report options are either print as a pdf aor print directly from the statement on the screen.I reconcile 3 paypal currency accounts each month and it's not complicated to get the reports.hope this helps.

    Some of the newer accounting packages like Xero and Kashflow will extract your paypal data straight into the package and save double data entry.
