Blue Screen Error on Inspiron 1545

Out of nowhere i got a Blue Screen Error on my laptop, restarted itself.
Then it seemed to be fine until like 10-15mins later it Blue Screened on me again.

Then after that, it done it as soon as i logged into the thing (as soon as the desktop appeared)

So i tried to do a factory reset. And after it passed the "Windows starting for the first time" etc. bang, blue screen again.

So I'm after losing everything, factory reset it about 4 or 5 times in 5 different methods and it just blue screens everytime i log in now.

Haven't got a clue what to do.

The last time i got a blue screen error was on my PC a few years ago and i did a factory reset and it was perfectly fine, still works to this day.

Anyone know a possible fix for this?

We need to know what version of Windows and what error and STOP codes the Blue Screen is giving you in order to diagnose the problem. :)

Have you looked up the error code the blue screen gives?

    It could be over heating.

I don't know really. I'm always having to boot it up in Safe mode, and sometimes I can be on it for as long as half an hour before i get a Blue Screen error, and most other times it does it as soon as it logs me in.

It just wont work at all when i boot it normally, just Blue Screens on me straight away.

I'll restart the PC and write down what appears

    (Edit): Right this is exactly what it said on the screen;

A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage
    to your computer.

A process or thrad crucial to system operation has unexpectedly exited or been
    terminated
If this is the first time you've seen this Stop error screen,
restart your computer. If this screen appears again, follow
    these steps:

Check to make sure any new hardware or software is properly installed.
If this is a new installation, ask your hardware or software manufacturer
for any windows updates you might need

If problems comtinue, disable or remove any newly installed hardware
or software. Disable BIOS memory options such as caching or shadowing.
if you need to use Safe Mode to remove or disable components, restart
your computer, press F8 to select Advanced Startup options, and then
    select Safe Mode.
