    So,

I have been looking for a Lexus Ls400.

Found a nice car, checked the background, and guess what.

    Finance outstanding.

Old taxi as well but I think all of them are.

So be really really carefull and dont assume that if the car has low value, there would not be any finance involded to the car.

nothing a car check wouldnt show up.
it wouldnt turn me off a car that was otherwise perfect or what im looking for.

get the settlement figure from the owner, confirm it with the bank and pay it off yourself giving any balance (if any) to the owner.

any link to the car, incase somebody goes to view the same one.

Found another nice Lexus as well and everything went fine. But seller wanted to meet in parking lot, not in the house and when asked by text what the plate for the car is for background check, no more info.

So I think these old Lexus ls400 are old taxis with finance, and now there is this 9 year rule, they try to sell them and cheat the new owners. I don´t even going to bother to say what I think this kind of behaviour.
