Dell Inspiron 580 with BGT3595 - Any Likely Issues?

I've been planning on setting up a HTPC for some time now and would like to have dual DVB-S2 tuner and dual DVB-T to allow for as much flexibility as possible in terms of record and watch.

I had been looking at Revo 3610 or Asus 1510 purely for their small size but I'm not pushed on using usb tuners.

I've since come across posts in relation to the Black Gold BGT3595 and felt this would be a preferable option but would mean needing a suitable PC to utilise.

I've been looking into building my own but have been offered a 2 month old Dell Inspiron 580 (€320) with specs that I'd never be able to build for the price.

    i3 540
    4 GB RAM
    1TB HDD
    1GB HD5450
    W7HP 64 bit

My main concern is will the 580 (300W PSU) support the BGT3595 for power purposes and will there be the necessary power coupler available to connect to the card?
