Heat-insulating foam

I need heat insulating foam to the following spec.

    Heat-insulating foam:
A melamine foam, with the following characteristics: density between 8,5 kg/m3 and 11,5 kg/m3; heat conductivity, less than 0,035 W/mK. The foam shall withstand at a temperature higher than 200 °C.

I have emailed companies in both Ireland and the UK but no joy!

    Anyone have any ideas?

    Thanks in advance.

The foam will survive this temperature if evenly heated. But since it is an insulating foam exposed to hot and cold at the very same moment it wouldn't.

It would behave like a bi-metal, expanding at the hot point and contracting at the cold point. Don't expect the values given ( 0.035 W/K) to be genuine under real conditions, maybe that is the reason why you had no luck so far.

If you can handle the German language here is a link where the technical values of various building materials (incl. insulation material) can be compared. You can click onto less, better or similar (gleich, groesser/besser, kleiner) and search for a material which might be better suited than what you have in mind, of which you have the specifications and price already.
Also diffusion rates, specific weight etc...
