My 2 year old walks on the inside of her heel

I have recently noticed that my 2 year old daughters shoes are worn down on the inside of the heel on the left foot.

Has any one else had a child so young to have overpronation?

Can anyone recommend places to buy good shoes to help straighten her foot out?

I will bring her to the GP too but I think good shoes will be a good start.

    Thanks

Your GP will be able to advise you on the shoes and whether you need to get orthopaedic ones.

My brother had that. You'd need to ask your gp, he might give you specially fitted insoles for her normal shoes so they are the right way round.

I did that and i had to wear plastic inserts in my shoes for 7 years. I would say a visit to the public health nurse and if she doesnt know then go to the gp.
