Connect foscam to Internet

Hi, I have a foscam ip camera which I just got working over the LAN connection at home and I now want to be able to connect over the Internet! Just wondering if anyone has any experience of doing this? (I'm a novice at this and don't know how to do same)

You need to open ports to get allow access from outside, contact the camera manufacture and find what ports needs to be opened on your router, next you need fixed ip address or use dyndns, you could say it looks complicated but trust me its not
