Sorry not sure if this is the right place at all but I got my P60 at the start of the year, I have only been working since October and was due Tax back, but I got my P60 in my pay slip last week but have managed to mis place it (I know) I don't know what to do as I really need the money from it but don't know how I can get it.

Can I just go into Revenue or something and ask for it or do I have to send away for it or something? Kind of worried here. Thanks for any advise.

your employer should have it as well. Revenue won't give you p60. same thing happen to me, revenue gave me P35L instead of p60

Yep, when your employer produces the P60 in the payroll software, it prints two copies (+ income levy cert for employee). They should definately have a hard copy file somewhere

With most software you can print as many copies as you like. simply ask your employer for a copy.

When an Emnployee is issued with the P60, it normally means the employer has returned a P35 to revenue.
This means revenue will have your details on file.

A quick call to 1890222435 (PAYE Helpline) with your PPS number will sort it for you. Ask have they received pay details from X company and if so ask for a P21 (Balancing statement) to be issued.

This will tell you if you will get tax back or not and a cheque will issue if you are entitled.

Also remember to claim all credits you are entitled to service charges, medical etc...
