mercedes star diagnostics

    hi all
    need to get a key programmed to my smart roadster. is there any one in limerick / munster with mercedes star that would programme it for me? i have a tan code calculator.

    i ended up buying the full diagnostic gear. i have since sold the roadie:mad: and the diag gear. if you like i can pass on the number of the fela i sold the diagnostic gear to. i programmed a few keys it is really easy. drop me a pm

    Does the TAN coder just do keys Paul? I've access to Star in Cork and would like to code in Cruise.

    you need star to connect to the car and request to add any function, such as add a key,cruise control, sam unit etc. but you also need a tan code calculator to work out a code from your chassis number to type into star.

    are you sure the star you have is set up for smarts? alot are only set up for mercs. if you want the tan calculator drop me a pm;)
