O2 Student Broadband Overcharge?

OK so I recently bought the O2 broadband student package which as I understood was supposed to cost €9.99 a month but they've charged me €10.99 for last month, now I know a euro over isn't much but surely it should be the stated price? Anyway I did double check and I definitely didn't exceed the stated usage limit, nowhere near. I plan on heading into the shop I took my contract in and seeing if they can help me but just wondering if anybody knows anything about this and I'm not just being an idiot.

Going into the shop is a waste of time, sales people can't help you with this. You need to contact customer care by phone, or on O2's support site, http://community.o2online.ie/o2ie/?category.id=Forums

1.7Mbps is actually quite good, for what it is.
