How do I know if I got a speeding ticket ?

    Over a week ago I drove by what I think was a poilce van monitoring speeding. I was going about 5 mph over the speed limit and as I went by I saw a flash which I think was a speed camera. I haven't received a ticket or any notification in the post yet. Does anyone know if I can check if one has been issued or how long it takes to send a ticket out ?
