HI all!!
I have been waiting THREE years for my planning and have finally (just about) got it!! My house plans have changed from bungalow to dormer to now two storey! Having spoken to lending institutions I've been advised to go direct labour for the build (which i had considered but thought getting a contractor would be easier!!) So now can someone tell me please where i start??? And also is there a "best" mortgage provider i should go to (given current economic climate!)??
