Weights classes for women - running in navan

    Just wondering if anyone knows of any weight training classes especially for women near navan/kells?I know of a class that is on tues and thurs night in Navan Aura leisure link but those nights dont suit me.I think there may be a class in the rugby club in Navan on wed night but am not so sure.ALso if anyone knows of any group of people that have taken up running in navan def let me know as not too keen on running on my own.I know of nsome clubs in dublin that have fit4life.Thanks
